Age ambiguity

When the age of a depicted person is unclear, we may reject the request, withhold the output, or require additional verification.

Claims that a clearly youthful or childlike character is technically an adult do not require us to permit the content.

Attempts to disguise age cues or evade age safeguards may result in account restrictions.

Verification and enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe a user is underage, has provided false age information, or has attempted to create prohibited minor-related content.

Where legally required or permitted, suspected child sexual exploitation may be reported to appropriate authorities and relevant records may be preserved.

Local law

You are responsible for complying with age-of-majority, adult-content, and access laws that apply where you live or use the service.

If local law requires an age higher than 18 or imposes additional verification requirements, the stricter requirement applies.
