Service scope

Porn Studio Pro provides AI-assisted tools for creating, editing, managing, and storing digital media and related account, billing, and workflow features.

Features, models, limits, availability, and technical requirements may change as the service evolves. We may modify or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, product operation, or infrastructure changes.

You may use the service only in accordance with these Terms, the Content Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Age Policy, and applicable law.

Account and age eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and must also have reached the legal age of adulthood in the place where you live to create an account or use the service.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not allow a minor to use your account or use the service on behalf of a minor.

We may require additional age or identity verification where required by law, a payment provider, or a reasonable safety review.

Uploads and authorization

You retain the rights you hold in prompts, images, videos, and other material that you submit to the service.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents required to submit and process that material, including any rights relating to identifiable people.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, transform, moderate, store, and otherwise process your submitted material only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and operate the service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

Uploading a file does not transfer ownership of that file to us.

Prohibited uses

You must comply with the Content Policy and may not use the service for unlawful, exploitative, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.

Sexual content involving minors or apparent minors, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving an unconscious, asleep, incapacitated, or drugged person, sexual content involving close family relationships, and sexualized use of an identifiable real person without valid consent are prohibited.

You may not bypass moderation, access controls, rate limits, payment controls, or other technical or safety measures, and you may not intentionally interfere with the service or other users.

Generated content rights

You are responsible for deciding whether you may lawfully use, publish, or distribute generated content.

As between you and Porn Studio Pro, we do not claim ownership of generated output created for your account. To the extent we acquire any transferable rights in such output, we assign those rights to you, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.

Generated content may not be unique and may be similar to content generated for other users. We do not guarantee that any output is eligible for copyright, trademark, publicity, or other legal protection.

You remain responsible for reviewing output before using it in a way that could affect another person or create legal obligations.

Membership, renewal and allowance

Paid memberships are available on monthly or yearly terms. Checkout shows the full price, billing interval and membership period before payment. A yearly membership is paid for the full year; the monthly equivalent shown on the Pricing page is not a monthly payment schedule.

Included allowance resets every month, including on yearly memberships. Unused included allowance expires at the end of its cycle and does not roll over. Generation, editing, video and chat share the allowance; the product shows the share a request uses before submission.

Cryptocurrency memberships use manual renewal and do not automatically charge your wallet. Renewal becomes available seven days before the current membership ends. If you do not renew, paid-plan access ends and the account uses the Free plan. Your membership page shows its end date and the next allowance reset.

Top-ups and plan changes

Active Plus and Pro members can buy top-ups of 25%, 50% or 100% of their plan’s monthly allowance, subject to the products shown at checkout. Normal top-up purchases are limited to a total of 300% per allowance cycle. Each top-up expires one calendar month after payment confirmation.

A top-up does not extend your membership or unlock a higher plan. If your membership ends first, the remaining top-up is usable until its own expiry under Free-plan feature limits.

An eligible Plus-to-Pro upgrade starts when payment is confirmed. Any unused membership value credited toward the upgrade and the final amount due are shown at checkout. Choosing a lower plan takes effect at renewal; it does not immediately change the current membership or automatically refund a price difference.

Fees and cancellation

Paid features use credits or other service units displayed in the product. The applicable price or credit quote is shown before you submit a paid task or purchase a credit package.

Credits may be reserved when a task is created and settled when processing ends. Technical failures, timeouts, and successful cancellations return reserved credits. A request rejected before task creation does not consume credits.

If processing completes and the resulting content is blocked by moderation, the related generation charge is non-refundable unless an appeal results in a refund or applicable law requires otherwise.

Cryptocurrency payments are subject to the Payment Explanation and Refund Policy. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible after broadcast and confirmation.

Prices, taxes, network fees, and available payment methods may change. The amount shown for a completed checkout governs that purchase.

Enforcement and suspension

We may reject requests, restrict features, remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, respond to payment or security risk, or protect the service.

Serious violations, including conduct involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, fraud, or attempts to evade safety controls, may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Where legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate serious abuse, we may preserve relevant records and cooperate with competent authorities.

Liability boundaries

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular generation time, a particular model result, or that every output will be accurate, unique, suitable, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Porn Studio Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Porn Studio Pro during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. A new version will identify its effective date, and continued use after that date means the updated Terms apply to future use.
