Safety
How Porn Studio Pro applies safety controls, reports, and appeals.
Review scope
We use layered safety controls that may review prompts, uploads, task context, and generated outputs before content is delivered or made public.
Controls may include deterministic rules, automated classifiers, model-based review, rate limits, account signals, and human review where appropriate.
Safety systems reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every harmful request or output will be detected.
Real-person authorization
If content involves an identifiable real person, you must have the legal right and appropriate consent to use that person's likeness, especially for sexual, nude, intimate, humiliating, or otherwise sensitive content.
We may reject a request, hold an output, request additional information, or restrict an account when consent or authorization is uncertain.
The service does not treat possession of an image as proof that the person depicted consented to sexual or intimate use.
Rejection feedback
When a request is rejected, we may provide a general reason without disclosing detailed detection methods, thresholds, or internal safety logic.
We may limit technical detail when disclosure could enable evasion of safeguards or expose information about another person.
A rejection before task creation does not consume generation credits. Credit handling after processing follows the Refund Policy.
Appeals
Where an appeal option is available, you may ask us to review a moderation decision that you believe was incorrect.
We may request additional context or evidence of rights, age, or consent. Providing false or misleading evidence may result in account action.
An appeal does not guarantee restoration of content or reversal of an enforcement decision.
Report response
Anyone may use the Report Content page to report suspected minor involvement, non-consensual content, exploitation, rights violations, or other safety concerns.
We prioritize reports according to apparent severity and risk. We may preserve relevant records, restrict access while reviewing, or take immediate protective action when warranted.
We may be unable to disclose the details of actions taken against another user.
Emergency situations
Porn Studio Pro is not an emergency service and does not provide emergency response, medical assistance, or law-enforcement dispatch.
If you believe a person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or law-enforcement authority in the relevant location.
Human access to private content
Private content is not routinely reviewed by people merely because it is stored on the service.
Authorized personnel may access private content when reasonably necessary to respond to a report or appeal, provide requested support, investigate abuse or security incidents, troubleshoot a technical failure, or comply with law.
Access is limited to legitimate operational and compliance purposes and should be handled according to our security and privacy controls.
